While I may be a worth and purpose coach today, I’ve been where you are. I've felt small and powerless, fed up and unfulfilled, wondering how to make a big change. I’ve struggled with why I don't do what I say I'm going to do. And I've questioned, "who am I to do this"?

As a coach, Ivy's greatest strengths are that she's very present and her primary focus is listening to you and building a plan around that. I've had more formulaic coaching where the coach just wants to tell you everything they have developed or that interests them. But Ivy listens, takes notes, and tries to understand me. I know she's on my side and together we can make things better.
